Earth & Skye Farm is a Certified Naturally Grown, small-scale, urban market farm owned and operated by Patty McPhillips and located in Orland Park, Illinois. Earth & Skye focuses on growing gorgeous greens — primarily kale!
The bounty of the farm is taken to market where it is blended into a delicious green drink called “Garden Nectar.” However, Patty also shares greens with those who live in the farm's neighborhood through an unstructured "farm stand" and occasional farm-to-table neighborhood lunches.
